Your privacy matters. All apps developed under this suite, including P_Notes, Writers_Notes, Beta-Reader-Lab, BR-Editor, and Indie-Writer, are designed so your writing stays on your device, under your control, and is never seen, stored, or accessed by us. We do not collect personal information, track usage, or store your manuscripts. You own your work completely.
By using any of these apps, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
“App” refers to any of the software titles listed above.
“Personal Data” means any information that can identify an individual.
“Local Storage” refers to files saved directly on your device.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or access any of the following:
We do not use cookies, trackers, advertising tools, or analytics services.
All content created in the app — including manuscripts, notes, settings, and project files — is stored locally on your device.
Your data never leaves your device unless you choose to move it. We cannot access your device or any files stored on it.
Most features work entirely offline. Some apps may include optional internet-based tools such as:
These features request definitions or synonyms from external sources. No personal data or writing content is transmitted during these requests. Some apps also include built-in offline dictionary and thesaurus tools.
You may choose to back up your data locally, to removable storage, by emailing a backup file to yourself, or to your own cloud storage service.
Your Responsibility: You are responsible for creating backups, storing them securely, and managing any third-party cloud services you choose to use.
None of the apps use accounts, logins, or automatic cloud syncing. Any cloud storage use is entirely optional and initiated by you.
Because we do not collect any data, the apps are safe for users of all ages.
Your data is protected by your device’s own security features. Because we do not transmit or store your content, there is no server-side risk.
We recommend keeping your device secure, using strong passwords, and storing backup files safely.
Some apps may interact with third-party dictionary or thesaurus providers solely to retrieve definitions or synonyms. These requests do not include personal data or user-generated content.
If you choose to use third-party cloud storage for backups or syncing, their privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the practices of external services.
Because we do not collect or store any personal data, we do not retain any information about you. All files remain solely on your device until you delete them.
Some apps may include an optional cloud sync feature. When enabled, your data is stored securely in your own cloud account and is never transmitted to, accessed by, or collected by us.
All syncing activity occurs directly between your device and your chosen cloud provider. We do not have visibility into the contents of your files, and we do not retain any copies of your data on our servers.
You may disable cloud sync at any time.
You retain full ownership and control of all content you create. You may delete your files at any time directly from your device.
These apps can be used globally. Because no data is collected or transmitted, international data transfer laws do not apply.
If this Privacy Policy changes, you will be notified within the app or through an update notice.
